We have Chrissy here doing the hair of the beautiful and sweet @amanda_stantonn Here is a breakdown of the formula Chrissy used: She came in and had extensions already in that didn’t match at all! She had Tape ins with Singles that were bright yellow! So here are the steps I used for this amazing transformation: We went ahead and put the beads in to her extensions making sure they weren’t too tight to her scalp. We used two different colors (one on each side) to see what color she wanted. Brittany helped with sewing in the extensions using smooth and straight stitches so that the hair lays flat to their head so they don’t feel any bumps. We then rooted her extensions first using Redken Shades 7gb 7n. Then 20vol oxycur was used to babylight her hair. Because it was so brown I pulled it through all the way to her ends. Make sure its really close together and small so that she doesn’t have to color it every time. Tease out the ends using 30vol oxycur. Most the product is on the ends and is then feathered up to make a nice blend. Tap out roots with Goldwell 7n and Redken 7v. Then we used Redken Shades 9nb on her mids to make the blend natural and bayage. Smudge Redken Shades 9p 9g on her ends because some of her pieces were too ashy and others were too gold. Thanks for watching!
