She is baby lighting using 20 vol. Goldwell Oxyur. After that, she is having her assistants tease out her ends with 30 vol Oxycur. After processing and shampooing twice they are going to tap out her root with Redken Shades 7N. After allowing it to sit for around 5 minutes, they apply the mid which is Redken 9N9GB. For the ends, they are using Goldwell Colorance 10 BS. Allow that to sit until you have reached your desired shade, then rinse and condition.
