Kelsey Curtis will be showing you the process of how to get this bright winter blonde. To do that, Kelsey and her assistant will be baby lighting with 20 vol Goldwell Oxycur. She is doing the foils super close together to get her super blonde. After that, she is having her assistant tease out her ends to really help her get as bright as she can. After she is lifted to the desired level, they are going to tap out her root with Redken Shades EQ 9n 9p. For the rest of the hair, they will use Goldwell Colorance 10 BS leaving the toner on just until it is bright, not dull.
